21.7%; last up 15.1% at $22.80
    ** London-headquartered PSFE is working with a financial
adviser as it explores options including sale, Bloomberg News
reports, citing people familiar with the matter
    ** PSFE is also mulling potential disposal of non-core
assets that could take place prior to the sale, the report says
    ** Co has a market capitalization of $1.20 bln as of last
close - LSEG data
    ** PSFE went public in 2021 through a $9 bln blank-check
deal backed by veteran investor Bill Foley
    ** Stock jumped 33.7% in 2024
