** Payment platform Paysafe's  PSFE.N  shares rise 5.8% to
$12.50 premarket
    ** Company sees FY23 revenue between $1.60 bln and $1.61
bln, up from previous forecast of $1.58 bln-$1.60 bln; Refinitiv
est $1.59 bln
    ** Q2 revenue up 6% at $402.3 mln vs est $394.2 mln 
    ** Quarterly net loss of $1.8 mln vs loss of $658.7 mln a
year earlier
    ** 1 of 7 brokerages rate the stock "buy", 4 "hold" and 2
"sell"; median PT $15.75
    ** As of Monday's close, stock down 14.9% YTD
