Jan 26 (Reuters) - PBG SA  PBGG.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that Jerzy Wisniewski acquires 6.5 
million subscription warrants following capital increase of the 
company 
    * On Jan. 25 Jerzy Wisniewski's subscription warrants were 
exchanged into 6.5 million series I shares  
    * The cash contribution to cover the issue price of series I 
shares was made as a whole as a result of contractual deduction 
of mutual liabilities of the company and Jerzy Wisniewski 
    * Jerzy Wisniewski owns now 23.61 pct stake of the company
