March 6 (Reuters) - PBG SA w upadlosci ukladowej  PBGG.WA : 
    * Said on Friday that on March 3 PBG and SIAC Construction 
Ltd (the bankruptcy trustee of Aprivia SA) filed a claim for 
508.0 million zlotys ($125.22 million) to Warsaw District Court 
against Poland's General Directorate for National Roads and 
Motorways (GDDKiA)  
    * The claim concerns the remuneration for the construction 
of A4 motorway Tarnow-Rzeszow 
    * The participation of the company in the claimed amount is 
101.6 mln zlotys
