April 4 (Reuters) - Pec Ltd  PECL.SI - 
    * Plant general services pte increased its issued and paid 
up share capital from s$2.5 million to s$13.5 million 
    * Transaction is not expected to have any significant impact 
on earnings per share of company for financial year ending 30 
june 2017 
    * Share increase was effected by a subscription by co for 11 
million new ordinary shares in capital of pgs at a consideration 
of s$11 million
