    * Refers to announcement in relation to receipt of statutory 
demand by Maj Or Insulation & Links (MIL)Marketing  from 
solicitors of Nichias (Singapore) 
    * MIL has been served with an originating summons issued by 
High Court of Republic Of Singapore, taken out by Nichias 
    * Originating summons was taken out pursuant to an 
application by Nichias to wind up MIL in connection with matters 
stated in statutory demand 
    * Is of view that it is not in interests of company and its 
shareholders to provide further funding to support MIL' s 
operations
