Posting of Annual Report & Notice of 2021 AGM
 
Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2020 on 12 April 2021, Pelatro Plc (AIM: PTRO) confirms that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 is now available on the Company's website. Documentation concerning the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders presently.
 
The AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 15 June 2021; however, a result of the continuing restrictions on public gatherings, for the safety of our shareholders, our employees, our advisers and the general public, attendance at the AGM in person will not be possible this year and shareholders or their appointed proxies (other than the chair of the AGM) will not be permitted entry to the AGM. In light of these circumstances, we strongly encourage shareholders to vote remotely on the resolutions by completing the form of proxy which will accompany the Notice of Meeting, either in paper form or electronically.
