Result of AGM

 

 

Pelatro is pleased to announce that, at the Company's AGM held at 11.00 am
today, each of the resolutions as set out in the notice of AGM dated 31 May
2023 were duly passed by shareholders on a show of hands without amendment.

 

The total proxy votes cast prior to the AGM were as follows:
