Shareholder call

Pennpetro Energy plc (LSE: PPP), the company focused on developing strategic
traditional and transition energy projects, announces a shareholder call with
management on 15 January 2026 at 18.30-19.30 UK time. To register for the
meeting, please email ppp@camarco.co.uk.

Richard Spinks, Executive Chairman of Pennpetro Energy, said: "As we enter
2026, I want to follow up on the recent General Meeting to further continue
our transparent communications with shareholders. I expect to be able to shed
light on the processes which will be followed by the Company based on the
outcome of the GM among other corporate updates for shareholders."
