Update on audit

Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional
and transition energy projects, notes that it has received a timeline and
deadline from the Company's auditors, Crowe, that anticpates the completion of
the audit for 2024/25 accounts by the 20(th) February 2026.

Richard Spinks, Executive Chairman added: "As shareholders know, I have been
working hard with the auditors to ensure we can publish the final set of
overdue accounts as soon as possible. Given the complexity of the business
during this period, and the challenges with accessing the right information
there will be a slight delay. I would like to reassure shareholders that we
are working as hard as possible to achieve this revised timeline and will
update further when we can."
