Adjournment of AGM

We have received confirmation from our auditors that they are unable to
complete the audit before the end of April. While this it is less than
satisfactory it is a matter outside of the control of the Board of Directors.

As the AGM has been set for the 17(th) of February 2025, upon advice received,
the meeting will be adjourned until such that date as the company is able to
present its audited financial statements.
