Appointment of New Company Secretary

London, 13 August, 2024 - Pennpetro Energy PLC (LSE: PPP), advises that it has
engaged London based firm Westend Corporate LLP to act as the Company's new
Company Secretary.

 

Tom Evans, Pennpetro Energy's CEO said:

 

"We have been working with Westend for some months now, since the sad and
unexpected death of our previous Company Secretary earlier in the year.
Westend have now been formally engaged to handle all the Company Secretarial
and accounting functions of the Company and will be assisting greatly in
getting our annual accounts up-to-date and published."
