Update on Audit and Change to Shareholder Call Date

Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional
and transition energy projects, announces that the shareholder call scheduled
for 19 March 2026 at 18.30-19.30 UK time, will now be held on Thursday 26
March at 18.30-19.30 UK time.

The Board of Pennpetro has completed its review of the audited 2024/25 full
year accounts, which are expected to be published later this week.

Richard Spinks, Executive Chairman of Pennpetro Energy, said: "We have
listened to shareholders and decided to reschedule tomorrow's call in order to
allow sufficient time to digest the audited 2024/25 full year accounts, which
are expected to be published later this week. I will be joined by Mavriky
Kalugin, CEO of Pennpetro, on next week's call. We look forward to speaking
with shareholders in due course."
