Notice of AGM

Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional
and transition energy projects, announces that the Company's Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") is to be held on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at 2.00 p.m. UK
time at the offices of Capital Market Communications Limited (Camarco), 40
Strand, London, WC2N 5RW.

The Notice of AGM, containing the full details of the AGM and the resolutions
to be addressed at the AGM, has been sent to shareholders today along with a
Form of Proxy and the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 March 2025.
