Notice of Change in Shareholding

London, 30 March 2022 - Pennpetro, an independent oil and gas company focusing
on production in the Gonzales Oil Field in Texas, USA, today notifies that
Nobel Petroleum Ireland Limited under their convertible note have exercised
the conversion of 5,833,333 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each. As a result,
Nobel Petroleum Ireland's holding in Pennpetro therefore increased from 4.45%
to 11.06%.

Application will be made for admission of these shares to the Standard Listing
segment of the Official List and for admission to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's Main Market for listed securities.

Following the issue of the shares, the Company's issued share capital will
comprise 83,452,106 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. This figure may be used
by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to
their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
