Pennpetro Energy  plc (LSE: PPP), the company focused on developing strategic
traditional and transition energy projects, announces that the Company's
General Meeting ("GM") is to be held at 11.00am on 23 December 2025 at the
offices of Capital Market Communications Limited (Camarco), 40 Strand,
London, WC2N 5RW.

The Notice of GM, containing the full details of the GM and the resolutions to
be addressed at the GM, has been posted to shareholders today along with a
Form of Proxy.
