Confirmation of price of shares purchased by Mr. White

Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional
and transition energy projects, notes the recent speculation regarding the
price of the shares purchased by Mr. Jesse White in 2023 and recorded in his
name earlier this week.

The Company confirms a price of £0.022 per share for the 6,000,000 shares
paid by Mr. White in November 2023, rather than the £0.12 per share as
reported in online forums. These shares were contributed by other shareholders
and the proceeds have been received by the Company.

The Company expects that Mr. White will make a formal filing in line with his
regulatory obligations (DTR 5) shortly.
