("Pennpetro" or "the Company")

 

Temporary suspension of listing

 

Pennpetro announces that given that the Company is currently unable to meet
its ongoing obligations to issue its audited annual financial report, in line
with its reporting deadline of 31 July 2024, its listing of its ordinary
shares has been temporarily suspended with effect from market opening today,
Thursday, 1 August 2024.

It is anticipated that the suspension of the listing will be lifted at the
time when the Company is able to issue its audited annual financial report.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of
Regulation 2014/596/EU which is part of domestic UK law pursuant to the
Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) regulations (SI 2019/310).
