    ** Software co says signed 5-year strategic partnership
agreement with a regional co-operative federation in the
Philippines, MASS-SPECC Cooperative Development Center
    ** Says co will provide MASS-SPECC's Pinoy Coop mobile app
its mobile banking application and eWallet services
    ** Stock down ~6% YTD, as of last close
