July 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday:

** Brazilian pension fund Previ said it sold its minority stake in Brazilian meat processor BRF BRFS3.SA for 1.9 billion reais ($340.31 million), ending a 31-year investment in the group, according to a statement on its website.nS0N3SN03C

** Artificial intelligence startup Cognition AI on agreed to acquire Windsurf, an integrated development environment platform, strengthening its position in the rapidly evolving enterprise software market. nL4N3TB1JO

** The German Landesbank Helaba is weighing a takeover of the property bank Aareal, a person with knowledge of the matter said, a deal that would create a heavyweight in real-estate lending. nL1N3TB0LB

** NatWest Group NWG.L said it intends to exit its interest in Permanent TSB Group PTSB.I by selling about 63.6 million shares in the Irish bank. nL4N3TB1FJ

** The German architecture and construction software developer Nemetschek NEKG.DE sees potential for further acquisitions of up to 2.5 billion euros ($2.92 billion), its Chief Executive Officer Yves Padrines told Reuters. nL8N3TB12K

** Prominent healthcare entrepreneur Ron Zwanziger approached medical device maker OraSure Technologies OSUR.O with a takeover offer, three people familiar with the matter said, in what would mark more consolidation in the heavily fragmented diagnostic industry. nL1N3T80R2

** Bezeq Israel Telecom BEZQ.TA said it had signed a non-binding deal to buy Exelera Telecom for $160 million. nL8N3TB16C

** Zimmer Biomet  will acquire robotics firm Monogram Technologies  for about $177 million, adding Monogram’s semi and fully autonomous surgical products to its expanding robotics portfolio, the companies said. nL4N3TB11T

** U.S. regional lender Huntington Bancshares  will buy Texas-based smaller rival Veritex Holdings  in a $1.9 billion all-stock deal, as it looks to expand its presence in the state that is fast emerging as a major financial hub.

** Lab equipment maker Waters Corp  will merge with rival Becton, Dickinson and Company's  Biosciences & Diagnostic Solutions unit in a $17.5 billion deal, the companies said, creating a larger entity focused on high-volume medical testing. nL4N3TB0TU

** German energy firm Techem will remain in the hands of Partners Group  after its sale to U.S. financial investor TPG  fell through in May, Techem and Partners said, confirming an earlier report.nL8N3TB0CK

** Australia's Abacus Storage King  received a sweetened takeover offer from a consortium comprising a South African billionaire, valuing the firm at A$2.17 billion ($1.42 billion) and sending its shares soaring over 7%.nL1N3TA061

** India's VIP Industries  announced that Chairman Dilip Piramal and his family have entered an agreement with the Multiples Consortium to sell a stake of up to 32% in the company. nL1N3TA04W
