Headline: Change in Directorate & Director Responsibilities

 

 

1 October 2024.  Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc ("PTSB") confirms that,
further to the RNS Announcement made on the 30 July 2024, Mr Donal Courtney
has today retired from the Board having completed his term of office.

Mr Richard Gildea, a current member of the Board, will succeed Mr Courtney as
Chair of the Board Risk and Compliance Committee and will also join the Board
Audit Committee with immediate effect.
