Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc (the 'Company') announces that subject to
approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2026, the
proposed final dividend for 2025 of €0.01835 (EUR 1.835 cent) per share
(ISIN: IE00BWB8X525) which was announced by the Company on 5 March 2026 will
be paid on 19 May 2026 to shareholders on the Company's register of members on
10 April 2026.
