    - Hedge fund manager Bill Ackman said that is his new
portfolio Pershing Square in the United States will raise
roughly $2 billion in capital, a fraction of the $25 billion the
billionaire investor had initially expected to bring in.
    
    - A dissident group's leader, Connor Spence, has won control
of the Amazon Labor Union, the only union in the country that
formally represents Amazon  AMZN.O  warehouse workers, and will
succeed the founding president, Christian Smalls.
    
    - Deli meat company Boar's Head recalled seven million
additional pounds of deli meat, expanding a recall of more than
200,000 pounds after its product was linked on Monday to a
listeria outbreak that has left two people dead.
    
    - Three prominent legal figures, including consumer safety
activist and four-time presidential candidate Ralph Nader, sent
a letter to a leader of the Wall Street law firm Sullivan &
Cromwell to condemn the firm's policy of scrutinizing job
