Dec 22 (Reuters) - C.A.T. oil AG  O2C.DE : 
    * Anna Brinkmann, member of Management Board and Chief 
Operating Officer (COO) of C.A.T. oil has resigned from the 
company's management board with immediate effect 
    * Management board members Manfred Kastner (CEO), Ronald 
Harder (CFO) and Leonid Mirzoyan (Chief Corporate Finance 
Officer) have terminated their management board employment 
contracts with effect from March 31, 2015 
    * Anna Brinkmann decided to resign in order to be able to 
exercise her rights as significant shareholder without concern 
for any potential conflict of interest with regard to Joma 
Industrial Source Corp. offer for C.A.T. oil shares
