Brief: CAT Oil FY net income up 11 pct at 50.8 million euros

April 27 (Reuters) - CAT Oil AG  O2C.DE : 
    * FY total revenues of 411.5 million euros ($449.15 
million), compared to prior-year level of 426.6 million euros 
    * FY EBITDA down slightly by 0.4 pct in a year-on-year 
comparison, declining from 114.9 million euros to 114.5 million 
euros 
    * FY consolidated net income increased 11 pct to 50.8 
million euros 
    * Will propose that annual general meeting approve 
distribution of a dividend of 0.12 euros per share for 2014
