Aug 18 (Reuters) - Cat Oil AG  O2C.DE : 
    * Minor shareholder Carsten Grau had withdrawn his 
challenging claim against resolutions of Annual General Meeting 
held on June 29, 2015 before Vienna Commercial Court 
    * Voluntary withdrawal of lawsuit by Grau took place a few 
days after Vienna Commercial Court as court of first instance 
rejected his first contestation of resolutions of the 
Extraordinary General Meeting of February 2015
