Brief: Cat Oil says Vienna Commercial Court rejects legal challenge of EGM

Aug 10 (Reuters) - Cat Oil AG  O2C.DE : 
    * Vienna Commercial Court rejected the legal challenge mounted by shareholder Carsten Grau 
against resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting of Cat Oil AG of 25 February 2015 
    * Court stated that the resolutions have become effective, and that reduction in number of 
supervisory board members from four to three people as well as election to supervisory board are 
legally valid
