Petrofac applies for administration in UK court

Oct 27 (Reuters) - Oilfield services provider Petrofac PFC.L said on Monday it had filed an application with the High Court of England and Wales to appoint administrators.

The company said its operations will continue to trade, while it continues to explore alternative restructuring and M&A solutions with its key creditors.
