PetroNeft was notified on 8 February 2013 that following the termination of the Iviron Fund it no longer holds shares in PetroNeft. After the reimbursement of Iviron Fund shareholders Athos Limited has an aggregate interest in 28,201,130ordinary shares of €0.10 each representing 4.37%* of the issued share capital of PetroNeft Resources Plc.
*This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 644,920,275ordinary shares.
