PetroNeft received notification on 2 April 2014 from Vitol Services Limited on behalf of Arawak Energy that following the recent share issue by the Company their holding remains 20,457,136 ordinary shares of €0.01 each which now represents 2.89%* of the issued share capital of PetroNeft.
*This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 707,245,906 ordinary shares.
