Reduction of capital becomes effective
 
Phoenix Group Holdings plc (the Company) today received Court approval for the cancellation of the Company's share premium account. The nominal value of each share in the Company has not changed.
The order of the Court was registered by the Registrar of Companies today and the cancellation of the share premium account is therefore effective.
