Further to the announcement on 8 September 2025, the Company is pleased to
announce that its change of name to Standard Life plc has been registered at
Companies House with effect from 24 February 2026.

 

Standard Life plc will officially launch at an event at the London Stock
Exchange ("LSE") on 2 March 2026 when at 8am, the change of name and TIDM
(ticker symbol) to SDLF will be reflected on the LSE. The Company's website
address will become www.standardlifeplc.com (http://www.standardlifeplc.com) .

 

The Company's SEDOL number and the ISINs of all of the Company's outstanding
equity and debt securities remain unchanged. The Company's Legal Entity
Identifier (LEI) remains 2138001P49OLAEU33T68.

 

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the
change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will
remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.
Any new share certificates to be issued will bear the new name, Standard Life
plc.
