The PDMRs below were each granted Awards under the Phoenix Group Holdings plc ("the Company") Long Term Incentive Plan of a nil cost option over Ordinary shares of £0.10 each fully paid in the Company.  The PDMRs recently joined the Company on completion of the acquisition of ReAssure Group and certain of these awards are equivalent to awards under Swiss Re share plans which lapsed on completion of that transaction.
