NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTOR AND PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")

 

The Company announces that on 29 March 2023, Quentin Zentner, General Counsel
and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities "PDMR" exercised and sold
their nil-cost options of ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company under
the Deferred Bonus Share Scheme (DBSS) granted on 13 March 2020.

 

DBSS

 

Vesting of these options was subject to a three-year holding period in respect
of the deferred bonus for the 2019 financial year to 31 December 2022.  The
options become exercisable for up to six- months with effect from 13 March
2023.
