Phoenix Group Holdings plc has been notified that Stephanie Bruce,
Non-Executive Director and PDMR and Andrew Nicholson a Person Closely
Associated (PCA) with Stephanie Bruce, Non-Executive Director purchased a
total of 11,054 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
