NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING

Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")

 

Computershare Trustees Limited (the "Trustees") of the Phoenix Group Holdings
