2021 Annual Report and Accounts and 2022 Annual General Meeting

Phoenix Group Holdings plc (the "Company") has today distributed to
shareholders the following documents:

·    2021 Annual Report and Accounts

·    Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

·    Form of Proxy for the 2022 Annual General Meeting
