2022 Annual Report and Accounts and 2023 Annual General Meeting

Phoenix Group Holdings plc (the "Company") has today distributed to
shareholders the following documents:

·    2022 Annual Report and Accounts

·    Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

·    Form of Proxy for the 2023 Annual General Meeting

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of these documents has
