The PDMRs below were granted awards under the Deferred Bonus Share Scheme ("DBSS") and the Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") in 2013 over Ordinary Shares of 0.0001 each fully paid in the Company. The 2013 DBSS and LTIP have now vested and participants are now able to exercise.
