Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The PDMRs below were granted awards under the Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and the Deferred Bonus Share Scheme ("DBSS") in 2014 over Ordinary Shares of 0.0001 each fully paid in the Company. The 2014 LTIP and DBSS has now vested and participants are now able to exercise. The transacations disclosed below provide details on the total number of shares exercised and the number of shares sold to cover income tax and National Insurance where applicable.
