The PDMRs below were each granted options over Ordinary shares of 0.0001 under the terms of the Phoenix Group Sharesave Scheme (HMRC approved) at an option price of 6.31. The option price represents a 20% discount to the average of the closing middle market share prices preceding the invitation date. The PDMRS have entered into a savings contract for a period of 3 years commencing on 1 June 2017. The options will become exercisable between 1 June 2020 and 1 December 2020.
