Phoenix Group Holdings (the 'Company') - Board Changes
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Rene-Pierre Azria has tendered his resignation from the Board and ceased to be a director of the Company with effect from 30 November 2016.
Henry Staunton, Chairman of Phoenix said: "I would like to thank Rene-Pierre for his valuable contribution to Phoenix since his appointment to the Board in September 2009 and through its progress as a premium listed company from July 2010. On behalf of all the Board, I wish him very well."
No loss of office payments have been or will be paid to Rene-Pierre Azria who has received his contractual non-executive director's fee up to 30 November 2016, being the date of his resignation from the Board.
