Phoenix Group Holdings announces that the Prudential Regulation Authority has consented to the acquisition of Abbey Life Assurance Company Limited
Phoenix Group Holdings today announces that the Prudential Regulation Authority has given its consent to the acquisition of Abbey Life Assurance Company Limited ("ALAC"). 
Completion of the acquisition of ALAC, Abbey Life Trustee Services Limited and Abbey Life Trust Securities Limited from Deutsche Holdings No. 4 Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, is expected to take place on 30 December 2016.
