Helen Beck notified Picton that her spouse, Robert Clift, recently became aware that, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment programme with his investment manager, dividends received on his ordinary shares in Picton were automatically reinvested in ordinary shares in Picton during the second half of 2025 and the first half of 2026, increasing his holding by 805 ordinary shares in aggregate.
