** Co says LondonMetric Property LMPL.L  has expressed interest in co as part of its ongoing strategic review and formal sale process

** LMPL has not made an offer for Picton, no certainty that one will be made or on what terms

** LondonMetric shares up 0.7%

** YTD, PCTN stock had risen 17.4%
