PipeHawk announces that it was notified on 11 July 2024 that Nicholas Slater
sold 798,161 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company on 9 July 2024,
representing 2.20 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Accordingly, Nicholas Slater no longer holds a notifiable interest in the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
