Passing of Non-Executive Director

 

PipeHawk announces with deep sadness the passing of Randal MacDonnell,
Non-Executive Director of Pipehawk.

 

Gordon Watt, Chairman of PipeHawk commented: "It is with deep sorrow that we
learned of the passing of our fellow Board member Randal MacDonnell. Randal
was a highly respected and valued member of our Board, and he will be deeply
missed by all those who had the privilege of working with him. Our thoughts
and condolences are with Randal's family and loved ones during this difficult
and sad time."

 

The Board intends to appoint an additional non-executive director to the Board
in due course.
