Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 18 December 2018 Godfrey Davis, Non-Executive Director, bought a further 10,000 shares in the Company at a price of 69.5 pence per share.
 
Following the purchase, Mr Davis' holding in the Company has increased to 87,567 shares.
