Director Appointment

 

Pittards plc, the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and
luxury leather goods for retailers, manufacturers and distributors, is pleased
to announce the appointment of Alan Burgess, as Chief Financial Officer to the
Board with immediate effect. Alan has worked as the Director of Finance
(non-board) and Company Secretary of Pittards since 28 March 2022.

 

Alan holds a PhD in Management Science, an MBA and is an associate of the
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.  Alan joined Pittards from
Tetra Pak CPS UK Ltd and brings a wealth of experience from several
industries.

 

The following information is disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and
paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies in connection with
the appointment of Dr Alan Matthew Burgess, aged 52, to the Board of the
Company:

Alan holds 21,643 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.16% of the
issued share capital of the Company and 0.17% of the Company's total voting
rights).
