Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 20 October Stephen Yapp, Chief Executive Officer, bought 29,453 shares at a price of 39 pence per share. 
 
Following the purchase, Mr Yapp's holding in the Company has increased to 141,970 shares which represents 1% of the Company's issued share capital.
